This policy applies to services and products purchased from Get Nailed, in accordance with UK consumer law.

1. Services (Nail Treatments & Appointments)

  • We do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided.

  • If you are unhappy with your service, please inform us during or immediately after your appointment so we can address your concerns.

  • Where appropriate, we may offer a correction or adjustment at our discretion.

2. Deposits

  • Booking deposits are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.

  • Deposits may be transferred to a future appointment if cancellation terms are met.

  • Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows will result in the deposit being forfeited.

3. Products (Retail Purchases)

If you purchase products from our shop:

  • Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are:

    • Unused

    • Unopened

    • In original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products

  • Nail treatments or services

  • Gift cards (unless required by law)

5. Faulty or Damaged Products

If a product is faulty or damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt

  • We will offer a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015

6. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
