This policy applies to services and products purchased from Get Nailed, in accordance with UK consumer law.
1. Services (Nail Treatments & Appointments)
We do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided.
If you are unhappy with your service, please inform us during or immediately after your appointment so we can address your concerns.
Where appropriate, we may offer a correction or adjustment at our discretion.
2. Deposits
Booking deposits are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
Deposits may be transferred to a future appointment if cancellation terms are met.
Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows will result in the deposit being forfeited.
3. Products (Retail Purchases)
If you purchase products from our shop:
Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are:
Unused
Unopened
In original packaging
Proof of purchase is required.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
Opened or used cosmetic products
Nail treatments or services
Gift cards (unless required by law)
5. Faulty or Damaged Products
If a product is faulty or damaged:
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt
We will offer a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
