At Get Nailed, we aim to provide a smooth and professional booking experience for all clients. Please read our booking policy carefully before making an appointment.

1. Appointments

  • All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or approved booking platforms.

  • Appointments are subject to availability.

  • You are responsible for selecting the correct service when booking. If you are unsure, please contact us before booking.

2. Deposits

  • Certain services require a deposit to secure the booking.

  • Deposit amounts and terms are clearly displayed at the time of booking.

  • Deposits are taken to reserve your appointment time and cover preparation and staff allocation.

  • By completing a booking, you agree to the deposit terms.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within the notice period stated at the time of booking.

  • Where sufficient notice is given, deposits may be transferred to a future appointment at our discretion.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling outside the notice period will result in the deposit being forfeited.

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

  • Where at least 12 hours’ notice is provided, deposits may be transferred to a future appointment at our discretion.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the appointment, late arrivals, or failure to attend (no-shows) will result in the deposit being forfeited.

4. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time.

  • If we are unable to carry out the service due to lateness, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

5. No-Shows

  • Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be recorded as a no-show.

  • Deposits will be forfeited in full.

  • Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment or refusal of future bookings.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience exceptional circumstances. Each case will be reviewed individually.
