By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.

5. Booking Appointments & Deposits

5.1 Booking Appointments & Deposits

  • All appointments booked through our website or approved booking platforms are subject to availability.

  • Certain services may require a deposit to secure the booking.

  • Deposit amounts and terms are clearly displayed at the time of booking.

  • Deposits are taken to reserve your appointment time and cover preparation and staff allocation.

By completing a booking, you agree to the deposit terms outlined at checkout.


5.2 Deposits, Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Where at least 12 hours’ notice is provided, deposits may be transferred to a future appointment at our discretion.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the appointment, late arrivals, or failure to attend an appointment (no-shows) will result in the deposit being forfeited.

  • Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings or refusal of service.


5.3 Payments

  • Full payment (or remaining balance) is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise stated.

  • All payments are processed securely via approved third-party payment providers.

  • We do not store full card details on our systems.


5.4 Refunds

  • Refunds for services already provided are not available.

  • Product refunds (if applicable) are subject to our Returns Policy.

  • Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Ecommerce Shop

6.1 Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices, products, and services are subject to change without notice.

  • You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred.

6.2 Shipping, Delivery & Returns

  • Details on shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shop Policies (available on the Site).

  • Responsibility for products passes to you once delivery has been confirmed.

15. Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, staff emergencies, extreme weather, technical failures, or circumstances affecting safety.

This protects you if:

  • Staff are ill

  • Systems go down

  • Salon must close unexpectedly
